Gilbert Gambucci
At age 17 Gilbert Gambucci received the U.S. National Paderewski Piano Tournament Award and subsequently studied piano performance at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston and received his Bachelor of Applied Music Degree form the Ithaca College School of Music in Upstate New York on a full tuition Emerson Scholarship Award. He has since performed professionally on three continents.
He lived in Europe for nine years principally in Paris and London and performed piano recitals in England, France, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Russia and Brazil. Since 1984 he has been an active member in the International Society of Analytical Trilogy under the direction of Norberto Keppe, lecturing worldwide and resulting in his book Inside Music, the first and only scientific study of the pathology of dodecaphonic music, as well as his most startlingly perceptive book entitled, UNRESOLVED – Consciousness of the Pathology of Economic Power.
Mr. Gambucci presently resides in São Paulo, Brazil where he works at the Millennium School of Languages and the Arts and lectures at the Keppe & Pacheco Institute.
